Engineering, Development, Implementation and Commissioning of Automatic Load Transfer System - 13.8KV Sector
The Porto Alegre 4 Substation, operated by MEZ ENERGIA, operates in the voltage classes of 230 kV and 13.8 kV and is undergoing a process of modernization of facilities and equipment.
CCESE carried out the following activities at the substation, in the 13.8 kV sector:
Engineering and Logic Development of the Automatic Load Transfer System (STAC).
Review of the logic of the Manual Load Transfer System (STMC).
Review of Extended Transformer Parallelism logic.
Review of the logic of the Reticulated Contingency System (SCR).
Review and update of the GOOSE message database of the substation in the 13.8 kV sector.
Implementation, functional testing and commissioning of new STAC logics for 10 13.8 kV bars.
Functional testing and commissioning of the Manual Load Transfer System (STMC) logic.
Functional testing and commissioning of Extended Transformer Parallelism logic.
Functional testing and commissioning of the Reticulated Contingency System (SCR) logic.
Updating logical diagrams.
Preparation of technical report on functional tests and commissioning.
Preparation of implementation report for the National System Operator (ONS).
